Owner David Shetler works directly with clients to bring the entire project together—from early planning through construction. His Amish craftsmanship background, former Amish managers, and experienced crews create close coordination and a standard of workmanship shaped over decades.
For David, family ownership is personal. The buildings Shetler’s creates are planned for people who will live in them, work in them, and depend on them for years to come.
Premium design-build homes exceeding $1 million are a familiar part of our portfolio. Our largest completed project to date is a $2.5 million home-and-shop combination, and 100′×200′ riding arenas are a core capability—not an exception.

Shetler’s written project warranties can address both workmanship and eligible materials when included in the signed agreement. We believe the builder should understand the products it specifies and installs—and remain a clear point of contact after completion.

Bring concerns back to the owner-led team for review against the written agreement.
Warranty scope, duration, exclusions, remedies, notice requirements, and manufacturer coverage vary by project and product. The signed project agreement controls.

Shetler’s builds more than an empty shell. We plan pole barns, cold storage, heated farm shops, calving barns, and riding arenas around equipment dimensions, door access, livestock flow, snow and wind exposure, insulation, heating, and the way the operation may grow.
